The Professional’s Choice Since 1935Complete biomass heating solutionThis heavy duty heating boiler is highly efficient and specifically designed for operation with dry biomass fuels (up to 35% moisture content), including pellet, wood chip and briquettes. The boiler body is made of welded steel and has a water cooled combustion section as well as a three pass flue gas section with automatic cleaning for maximised heat recovery. The boiler package is offered in three range-rated outputs: 50–99kW / 100–199kW / 300–499kW A state of the art, moving grate, watercooled burner is integrated withn the boiler’s combustion chamber and this is fed from a purpose designed stoker auger complete with safety sprinkler systems and fuel viewing window. Function and safety ancillaries are pre-assembled on boiler and burner and connected to the controls. The vertical flue gas tubes are cleaned with motorised turbulators that also act to improve heat transfer to the circulating water. Each option can be tailored for each client’s requirements. As with our larger boilers, the P500 can be regulated independently, starting, stopping and modulating automatically according to demand from the system or from an accumulator. Burner & fuel in-feed systemThe boiler unit comes equipped with an Osby Parca manufactured burner head and fuel in-feed system specifically made for dry biomass fuels. It’s designed with a water-cooled moving grate and, for added safety, it is equipped with an inclined auger and two sprinkler systems in the fuel auger. High temperature air ignition elements are incorporated for automatic ignition. Primary and secondary air is induced with independent fans. The secondary air induction on the fire bed can be fine-tuned with levers, essential for achieving optimal combustion. The external fuel auger motor is controlled with the Osby Parca controls and can be connected to a wide range of third party fuel storages and feed systems. We deliver the total solutionThis boiler, just as any of Osby Parca’s boilers, can be delivered fully assembled and wired for turn-key installation. A particulate cyclone cleans the flue gases leaving the combustion process, achieving optimum emission values. A flue gas fan with frequency inverter maintains the appropriate negative pressure inside the combustion chamber automatically. A close-coupled ash and dust bin stores the ashes. A maximum of three stages of automatic ash removal can be supplied allowing complete ash automation to a collection skip. A silo and external fuel augers handle the fuel storage and transportation into the boiler. The pressure vessel’s lifting eyes allow easy handling and lifting. The boiler can also be delivered on a steel base foundation that elevates the unit to any desired height needed to match the ash collection and the fuel feed.
