Powel was founded in Norway in 1996 and has since grown to become an international group with more than 1,300 customers in more than 20 countries. In the same period, we have become a leading supplier of innovative software solutions to energy producers and traders throughout Europe.

This digitalisation began with documentation and management of water and wastewater networks and has grown to include software solutions for effective communication between the municipality and residents, as well as support for the municipalities’ follow up of the sections of the water and wastewater network that are owned by private actors.

Powel is a market-leading provider of the 3D tool Gemini Terrain, which is used on most infrastructure projects in Norway.
