Das Unternehmen wurde im Dezember 1999 gegründet und zu Beginn als Konstruktionsbüro betrieben. Bereits im April 2000 fiel die Entscheidung für eine eigene Fertigung. Produktions- und Büro- flächen sind seit der Zeit ständig gewachsen. Engagierte Mitarbeiter in unseren Abteilungen Konstruktion, Vertrieb, und Verwaltung sowie Produktion und Service bilden heute das Fundament für die Qualität unserer inzwischen weltweit gelieferten Maschinen und Anlagen. Der Gründer hat mehr als 35- jährige Berufs- erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Herstellung von Maschinen und komplexen Anlagen des Sondermaschinenbaus und ist auch Know-how-Träger der ehemaligen Firmen Berlin Anlagenbau und GFK – Keramikmaschinen. Für die Herstellung von Steinzeug- und Kamin- rohren sowie Isolatoren, Mauersteinen und anderen stranggezogenen Produkten haben wir umfangreiche Maschinenprogramme und auch komplette Anlagen für die Keramikindustrie entwickelt, gebaut und geliefert. Schönbeck Anlagen- und Komponententechnik ist auch mit seinen Spezialmaschinen in ganz unterschiedlichen Produktionsbereichen weltweit erfolgreich tätig, z.B.: • Vakuumhebetechnik in der Pipelineindustrie • Automatikrüttler im Großbehälter- Betonbau • Maschinenbauteile für die Glasindustrie • Leicht-Palettenfertigung mit Kartonzuschnitten der Papierindustrie 10 years Schönbeck, Plant and machine techniques give us an opportunity of presenting just some of our work and previously supplied equipment/ machinery illustrated in this brochure. The company was founded in December 1999 and supplied external engineering and construction services. Shortly after, in 2000 the decision was made to install a production plant with offices, which has since grown constantly. A dedicated team of employees carry out construc- tion/engineering, production, sales and administra- tive tasks, which are the foundation and backbone of quality equipment and plant equipment supplied around the world today. The founder and owner (Mr. Ernst Schoenbeck) has over 35 years experience in design and construction which results in the manufacturing of higher com- plex custom designed machinery. He was also the know-how source of the companies “Berlin Anlagenbau” and “GFK” – Ceramic machinery. For the production of stone pipes- and flue clay chimney stacks, as well as high power insulators, bricks and other column extrusion products we have developed, manufactured and supplied a vast range of complete turnkey solutions for the ceramic industry. Schönbeck Plant and machine techniques are also extremely successful in other areas of specialised machine production on a global level. Diese Mauersteine mit Mörteltaschen werden in erdbebengefährdeten Gebieten bevorzugt eingesetzt, um eine höhere Mauerstabilität zu erzielen. Die Schneidfunktionen werden pneumatisch betätigt und garantieren aufgrund der Hebelkinematik schnelle und leichtgängige Bewegungen. Der Ausschnitt der oberen Mörteltasche wird gegriffen und wahlweise rechts oder links von der Strangmitte fallen gelassen. Die Schneid- und Greiffunktionen werden bei kontinuierlich laufendem Pressbetrieb durchgeführt. Leistung: 40 Steine / Minute The cutouts can be mounted lateral, above or below the stone. In 3 Stationen wird der Rohrstrang a) vereinzelt b) Nut & Feder geschnitten c) Einzelrohre + Setzring übereinander gestapelt. Danach erfasst der Roboter die Rohrsäule und stellt diese nach Setzprogramm auf dem Trocknerwagen ab Das Rohr wird formstabil und zentrisch positioniert und die Nut- und Federkontur außen und innen gratfrei verputzt. Dabei ist kein Zentrierstopfen erforderlich. The robot transports a complete pipe column from the vertical extruder to a rotating table. In 3 working stations/ steps, the pipe column is then a) cut into numerous and shorter pipe lengths, b) gouging of the nut and flute c) horizontal stacking of the finished product with a set ring. Finally a robot contracts the stacked pipe columns and transports them to the drier whist communicating with the pre written program data. Dimensionally stabled and positioned both nut and flute contours are cleanly gouged into the pipe without signs of burs or cracks. A perfect finish, both internally and externally. Internals clamps, plugs or other guides are not required. Aus dieser Erkenntnis heraus wurde die Glasiermaschine entwickelt, mit der die einmal optimierten Glasierdaten programmtechnisch und wiederholgenau der Isolatortype zugeordnet werden können. Putz- und Beladestellung Clean and loading position Automatischer Glasurauftrag Automatic glaze coating Dünnwandige Muffenrohre, eckig und rund Thin walled pipe sockets, square and round Dünnwandige, plastisch gepresste Kaminrohre mit Muffe in einer Länge von 1 m werden vorwiegend für Schornsteinsanie- rungen verwendet. Aufgrund seiner plastischen Struktur - mit angepresster Muffe und einer Wandstärke von 10 mm- ist das Pressen und Händeln sowie das Trocknen und Brennen nur im vertikalen Verfahren möglich. Eigens dafür haben wir einen hydraulischen Pressentisch entwickelt, der einerseits zum Auspressen der Muffe eine Verriegelungskraft erzeugt, ande- rerseits -trotz stabiler Kolbenstange und schweren Aufbauten – das Rohr mit einer Gegenkraft von ca.5 kp führt. An den Röhrenden werden mit speziellen Werkzeugen Radien angewalzt und an die Muffenseite ein Setzring angeschnitten. Somit ist die Rohrkontur gegen Verformung geschützt. Das Transportieren von der Presse bis zum Abstellen auf dem Ofen- wagen übernimmt ein Roboter mit Vakuumsaugschale. Die Pressform ist aufgrund der sehr empfindsamen dünnen Rohrwandstärke mit Belüftungsbohrungen versehen, um Deformationen an der Muffe zu vermeiden Die unten dargestellte Bearbeitungsstation wird vom Pressen- tisch geführt und ist bestückt mit einer Kulisse für Viereck- rohre, einem Drahtschneider für den Rest-Ring abschnitt und einer Anschneidvorrichtung für den Schonring Prevailingly used are thin walled malleable formed chimney pipes with socket at a length of 1000mm.
