A uniform mixture of solid and liquid input materials and the avoidance of clumping are important preconditions for optimal fermentation. To do this, Vogelsang has combined two tried-and-tested components in the QuickMix II: the Vogelsang rotary lobe pump and the twin-shaft auger. The compact unit combines the advantages of both components making it a universal solution for the best possible mashing and preparing of homogenous organic suspensions. This enables optimum feeding of solid matter that promotes bacteria, increases the gas yield and verifiably reduces energy consumption.*
