The world is on the brink. Life is stressful. Change is hard. Tamarack wants to make the (electrical ) load easier to bear. We are committed to making solar achievable by making it accessible, affordable, amusing, and easy to install.

Tamarack Solar Products was founded in Willits, California in the mid-1990’s as Two Seas Metalwork to manufacture mounting systems for solar modules. At the time, northern California was the epicenter of the residential solar industry, and solar arrays were primarily being installed on hand-built structures. Tamarack’s first products allowed solar panels to be secured to a steel pole that could be placed anywhere.

Real human connections are what bring meaning to life, so why limit when and where those connections are made? For many, an abundant amount of life is spent at work - therefore, doing what we care about, with people we care about, is paramount. The Tamarack team finds what we do incredibly meaningful.

We have devoted years to working on our products—reworking, refining, building upon what is great, and letting go of what is not.

Having steadfastly put the same effort into our relationships with customers, we are genuinely invested not only in our products, but also in the people who distribute, install, and use Tamarack Solar products.

In the process of making the world better one solar array at a time, Tamarack customers are more than that, they are real people just like us—they are friends, they are parents and grandparents, DIYers and professionals, off-gridders and city dwellers, optimists and pessimists, introverts and extroverts, vegetarians, and carnivores. You get the picture—our customers are everything.

We firmly believe in the importance of solar energy’s contribution to ending our reliance on fossil fuels. We also know there are many reasons to choose to use solar. Whatever an individual’s reason happens to be, Tamarack is devoted to making reliable products delivered with outstanding customer service.
