Topsil - Model FZ-PFZ - Preferred Float Zone Silicon Datasheet

Based on substrate characteristics such as high purity, low radial resistivity variance (RRV) and no wafer-to-wafer variance, applications of Preferred Float Zone (PFZ) silicon wafers are multiple.
