Type GS1 & GS2 - Dome Solarimeter and Albedometer - User Manual

The GS1 Dome Solarimeter (pyranometer) is designed for the measurement of solar radiation. Its specifications are in accordance with ISO 9060 and WMO: second class pyranometer. The sensor is a high quality, blackened thermopile with a glass covering dome which acts as a filter letting through solar radiation. The sensor has a flat spectral response in the range 0.3 to 3.0 micro metres, being the full solar spectrum.
