Their h igh ef f ic iency and re l iab i l i t y are renowned and proven wor ldwide. The dual fue l engine uses the h igh compress ion rat io of the d iese l engine to achieve h igh ef f ic iency for the combust ion of lean gases such as b iogas.Dual fuel technology Pi lo t fue l is in jected into the combust ion chamber for the opt imum ign i t ion of the compressed gas a ir mixture . A smal l in ject ion quant i t y is enough to in i t iate the combust ion of the gas a ir mixture . The most ef f ic ient use of the lean gas is the key object ive here . That is why we fur ther deve lop the engine components so that they are per fect ly matched to each other. Th is inc ludes the p is tons, va lves and in ject ion nozz les . SCHNELL dual fuel unit Our inte l l igent engine contro l un i t measures a l l the re levant parameters over the ent ire process, such as o i l pressure, water pressure and gas quant i t y. The so lut ion you choose depends on your requirements . We can of fer you adv ice on se lect ing the r ight product .The repowering solut ion for greater ef f ic iencyWe combine the best of two CHP uni t wor lds : SCHNELL engine technology and the innovat ive B lueRai l ign i t ion process from agrogen. A por t ion of the lean gas is in jected and ign i ted in a prechamber. The resul t ing f lame je t ign i tes the gas a ir mixture present in the combust ion chamber.
