Those products which are viable in the heat application area include, but are not limited to the following:America’s favorite batch ovens ~Draw/Tempering Ovens and Furnaces: Standard SDB series used as a companion to integral quench furnace lines, available in temperatures of500, 800, 1000, 1250, and 1400 degrees F., with skid, roller rail, full width rolls, piers, or shelves, available in gas or electric heat. Adaptations of this standard line include units suitable for use with inert atmosphere including cooling, multi-station units, push through units, special configurations, high uniformity units, and aluminum solution heat treat units, used with companion water quench equipment.Atmosphere Batch Ovens: A wide range of semi-standard ovens in the above temperature ranges, used with inert atmospheres, including cooling and atmosphere control systems, for such applications as aluminum annealing, beryllium copper stress relieving and other types of metal treating where reduced oxygen atmospheres are required.Batch Ovens, Walk-In Ovens, Hot or Cold Car Ovens: Beginning with Standard SWN, EWN and SWT series ovens with standard cars, swing or vertical doors on front and/or rear, to modified standards with different heating, circulation and uniformity modifications, and largecustom designed units in 500, 800, 1000, and 1250 degree F. temperature ranges.Conveyor Ovens: Semi-standard line of flat wire belt, mesh belt, roller, pusher, and many other types, in 500, 800, 1000, 1250, and 1400 degree F. temperature ranges. Units are available with various air flow configurations and heating capacities to suit specific requirements. These units can be tailored to the needs of many industries from electronics to aluminum forging.Company Profile: Page 3Wisconsin Oven CorporationAmerica’s broadest range of industrial ovens.Aluminum Solution Heat Treating and Aging Ovens: Quick quench drop bottom type with traveling quench tanks or quench pit, meeting MIL specifications for temperature uniformity. For castings and forgings, front loading units with quench tanks where heavy sections allow slightly longer quench times. Conveyor units with continuous quench have also been supplied. Our solution heat treat ovens are metal rather than fiber lined. Aging ovens can be batch type with powered cars if required (see first product group), or trolley conveyor or other type continuous.Finishing Ovens: Trolley conveyor ovens as well as spindle conveyor ovens are furnished as standard lines to the finishing industry. These include all types of single or multipass units for the variety of applications involved. We are unique in that we are almost always able to ship these in modules rather than field assembled as would many competitors.Infrared Equipment: Infrared equipment is provided through our Wisconsin Infrared Systems Division and includes all types of Electric and Gas Infrared ovens, used for preheating, curing, drying and processes where fast heatup is required in a short time period. Conveyor and batch type systems are available. We have a complete infrared test facility to verify results on customer parts.Print Plate Ovens: This line of ovens is primarily dedicated to the printing business for the preparation of print plates for printing presses. These products have numerous applications in the medical, laboratory, and industrial fields. Memmert products incorporate many unique features not found in competing brands and have an excellent reputation for accuracy, quality and trouble free operation. Most Memmert products are in stock for immediate delivery.Where large units or projects are concerned, Wisconsin Oven Corporation has been successful in shipping large sections for on site assembly, thereby eliminating extensive field construction and excessive installation time.
