The new ETG 8500 M it’s a complete package for Biomethane gas analysis ready to use. The system include a pre-treatment sample system ( for example when the sample inlet it’s the Raw Biogas ) , the gas analyzers for gas measurement of CH4, H2S, CO2, O2, LHV, HHV, Water Dew Point , Relative density , Wobbe Index, and the ETG proprietary Software , Monitor Touch Screen, alarms, DI and DO. All one cabinet “ Ready to work “.
The principle of operation of the analyzers are : Analyser NDIR for CH4, Analyser NDIR for CO2 , Paramagnetic analyser for O2, Analyser TDLAS for H2S ,Dew point measurement.
Main features are : Real-Time analysis, Range output settings 4-20 mA , Historic display of last 30 minutes of analysis , Dimensions:1600x800x600, Weight 105Kg , Material: Stainless steel AISI 304, CSV downloadable data , Remote Instrument control , Automatic calibration of CH4,CO2,O2.
