Cairo West Power Station

We are proud to announce that Tuesday the 17^th of November 2020 we reached the first firing at natural gas of our supercritical boiler of 650 MW in Cairo West Power Station. Next step of the commissioning activities will be the beginning of the steam blowing phases for the whole BOP piping, that is an important contractual milestone. AC Boilers is grateful for the great cooperation and support demonstrated by the plant owner Cairo Electricity Production Company, and Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, and PGESCo as owner engineer, as well as our site team working together with MEGA and Egyptrol to reach this result.
