Diehl Metering has successfully renewed its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. We are also proud to announce our new ISO 50001 certification for its European production sites. This milestone reinforces our leadership in management system.
What is ISO 50001 Certification?
ISO 50001 is a global standard for energy management systems (EnMS). It helps organizations monitor, manage, and reduce energy use. It also helps reduce energy costs and improve environmental performance. The standard supports compliance with national laws, such as Germany’s Energieeffizienzgesetz (EnEfG).
- ISO 9001: Focuses on quality management.
- ISO 14001: Covers environmental management.
- ISO 45001: Ensures occupational health and safety.
- ISO 50001: Targets energy performance and efficiency.
Together, these standards form a strong foundation for sustainable development and corporate responsibility. ISO certifications are valid for three years and include annual audits.
