EnviroMission Limited - Removal from Official List

EnviroMission Limited (ASX: EVM) (“the Company”) wishes to advise that it has been unable to meet the requirements for relisting on the ASX and will be removed from the Official List of the ASX from the commencement of trading on Tuesday,14 May 2019.

As an unlisted public company EnviroMission will continue a “business as usual” approach, concentrating on current capital raising negotiations and the ongoing development of solar tower technology. EnviroMission will continue to examine opportunities to list the company in another jurisdiction, as discussed at the recent AGM.

EnviroMission will continue to communicate through emails to subscribers of the EnviroMission website. Information via media releases will also be used for broader communication to the public domain.

What does the delisting mean to me?
EnviroMission Limited will be delisted from Official quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange on the 14 th May 2019 (The delisting date) and will become an unlisted public company. Each shareholder will retain their existing fully paid ordinary shares in the Company and retain all voting rights attached prior to delisting. Each shareholding will be converted into an Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement (certificate of shares) and receive their certificate via registered mail post the delisting.

What is an Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement?
All shares currently held in CHESS sponsored holdings will be automatically converted to an Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement (ISHS). This statement is a share certificate reflecting ownership of the securities. This will incur no cost to the shareholder and the shareholder is not required to assist in the conversion process.

How do I sell my shares now?
Currently, the only mechanism available for shareholders to sell their stock is an off-market transaction with a willing participant/s.

How do I view/update my details?
All EnviroMission Limited securities will continue to be held in registry with Computershare. Please note, you will need relevant identification and your holding number to access your securities.
