EPC Ruling ` Agents Reeling ` GoView Saves the Day

Estate Agent`s reeling from the latest regulation changes have been saved by GoView`s new EPC Image generator which is being released on the 21st May.

GoView.co.uk is the first company to launch an instant service which provides the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating graphs required on all property particulars from 1 June.

The EPC is the most significant part of the Home Information Pack (HIP) legislation, which requires the Energy Efficiency and Environmental Impact (CO2) ratings to be included on all estate agents` marketing material as well as in the full HIP pack.

The EPC generator from GoView.co.uk is the only free, workable solution currently available to estate agents which immediately translates EPC data into a high resolution jpeg image. This unique tool is easy to use and enables energy rating graphs to be downloaded into property particulars in a matter of seconds from the leading suppliers of mapping and measurements for estate agent particulars.

Landmark Information Group, who provide the GoView service, has been appointed by the Government to build and operate a national register which record the energy ratings of all houses sold from 1 June 2007.
