Nordwest Industrie Group Got Mounting Systems

Nordwest Industrie Group acquired Mounting Systems, one of Conergy’s mounting division, the agreement have been reach and contract have been signed between Conergy and Nordwest Industrie Group.

Previously, Kawa Capital has acquired sales division of Conergy, and Astronergy acquired Conergy’s solar panel manufacturing base. The successful acquisition of Mounting Systems complete the Conergy’s insolvency.

Mounting Systems is key player in solar industry, the acquisition will keep about 180 jobs for the Mounting Systems and will help Mounting Systems further development and extend new business to other new countries.
