SnapNrack partners with GRID Alternatives for Central Coast Solarthon 2013

SnapNrack, a leading manufacturer of solar panel racking systems and a subsidiary of Mainstream Energy Corporation, is teaming up with GRID Alternatives to host a Solarthon in San Luis Obispo, Calif, on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013. GRID Alternatives, SnapNrack, and REC Solar will work together to install PV systems on three low-income housing units in San Luis Obispo, where SnapNrack is headquartered.

SnapNrack’s residential roof-mount racking solution supports an easy and low-cost installation process for the GRID Alternatives installation and helps to bring solar power to low-income homeowners.

SnapNrack’s Series 100 Residential Roof Mount system will be used as the racking system in the local Solarthon event. The residential roof mount system is an efficient, visually appealing system that will provide a simple and quick assembly for the Solarthon volunteers.
