Part one: Pyrolysis reactor
DOING pyrolysis reactor adopts the one-piece design and three-step welding process to avoid risk of cracking and enhance the machine service life; in addition, our round-shape reactor head is made of 16mm boiler plates or 304/306 stainless steel, which can withstand high temperature and pressure to enhance working safety.
Part two: Condensation system
Here DOING provides two choices for our customers: three-step cooling system and water tank condensation system. These two condensation systems both have industrial cooling effect and won't cause waste water pollution.
Part three: Optional devices
1) The auto-feeder
With this device, we can save nearly half the time to enhance working efficiency and save labor costs.
2) The pyrolysis oil burners
With this device, our customers can use the pyrolysis oil as the fuel to heat the reactor directly, which is very convenient and cost saving. Almost 99% of customers will choose to buy the burners.
3) The carbon black screw conveyor
Because the carbon black will be discharged to the carbon black pool which is underground, for cleanness of the factory, so you also need to lift the carbon black from the pool, the carbon black screw conveyor is used for this, saving labor and time, and the cost of this device is not high, very good cost-performance.
4) The environmental protection devices
The smell removal system
It’s used to purify the tail gas produced from the pyrolysis process. Most of the tail gas is C1-C4 alkane combustible gas, but it also contains a small amount of hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide is a pungent gas, which is very unpleasant, so we specially designed an exhaust gas purification system to remove hydrogen sulfide.
The flue gas desulfurization tower
It’s a higher configuration flue gas purification system, which can satisfy customers who have higher requirements for environmental protection.
5) The vacuum system
It’s a safety device, used to extract remaining oil gas in the reactor after pyrolysis, to avoid safety accidents and enhance working safety.
