OREN - 2500KW Resistive load bank
The 2500KW resistive load bank is an advanced testing system essential for evaluating the performance of generators and UPS systems. This robust system comprises medium voltage dry type AC load banks, automatic data acquisition and control systems, cooling devices, auxiliary controls, remote control boxes, and specialized PC software. It operates with an AC480V 3-phase 4-wire system at 50/60Hz, delivering a maximum resistive load power of 3200kW through 24 load steps, which can be adjusted according to Ohm's law. The load bank features high precision displays with a 0.5 accuracy class, RS485 and RS232 communication interfaces, and a control power supply requiring AC208V 3 phase 4 wire. Designed for continuous operation, the device is cooled by forced air cooling with side inlets and upward outlets. The system's comprehensive safety features and user-friendly design, including container packaging and secure access doors, make it suitable for outdoor operations even in harsh environments ranging from -20℃ to +50℃ and up to 95% relative humidity.
