Shingled module technology is a kind of high-efficiency technology, which is different from traditional module assembly and effectively improves module conversion efficiency. With this technology can increase the effective power generation area and make full use of module area; under the same area, more than 10% cells can be placed than conventional module assembly.

Shingled modules use Electrically Conductive Adhesive instead of solder ribbon to electrically connect the cells. This reduces stress on the cells during manufacturing. As panels get hot in the day and cold at night, traditional solder ribbon expands and contracts but the silicon cells don’t causing more stress.
Shingled technology optimizes module structure, greatly reduces the internal loss of modules and increases the output power. It ensures the minimum power loss during module assembly process, effectively reduces the influence of reverse current and the hot spot effect, and has good reliability. The panel offers excellent power output throughout the complete sun spectrum. The panel is resistant to salt mist, ammonia, and blowing sand and therefore suitable for seaside, farm, or desert areas.
Customization is always available, we have one professional R&D team for new products and customized requirement from our customers, for the size of modules, color of alluminium frame, backsheet, it is available to choose all black module, or black frame but white backsheet, or white frame with white backsheet, it depends on your requirement, we can do what you need.
