FKGA23-BN01 acquisition terminal combines modern communication technology, computer hardware & software technology, power marketing and many other technologies, suitable for power information acquisition, operation states of electric energy measuring instruments and power quality monitoring of power supply, as well as monitoring user electrical load and electric energy. Meanwhile, it can realize data communication between primary station of power load management & controlling system and on-site terminal through GPRS / CDMA, MODEM telephone, cable and other ways.

The terminal adopts 32-bit ARM microprocessor, Linux Operating System and yaffs2 Crash-proof Journal File System, with high real time control, stable and reliable performance. By using of remote controlling and load monitoring function, off-peak power consumption, orderly power utility can be realized, and the contradiction between electricity supply and demand can be reduced. It also resolves electric tension and realizes demand side management. Meanwhile, it can be the technical support system of distribution transformer monitoring and partitionmanagement.

1. Software
The design of terminal software is based on Linux Kernel 2.6 and supports multi-thread with high real time control, stable and reliable performance, configured yaffs2 Crash-proof Journal File System to protect data loss.
It adopts modular design, divided into communication resource management, data file management, communication protocol bank, uplink communication application, meter-reading application, exception handling, remote upgrades and other functional units. The maintenance and upgrade of these functional units can be performed separately.The terminal supports many communication protocols, including DL/T645-1997, DL/T645-2007, Wasion Protocol, Haoningda Protocol, IEC1107, ABB, EDMI, DLMS, Guangdong Protocol, Q/GDW1376.1-2013 and etc.
The Terminal not only supports optional function through scripting operation mode, but supports automatic identification of communication channel, such as GPRS/CDMA/3G/Ethernet. Display interface supports scripting organized mode.
The terminal can set up 64 groups, 2 tele-commands, 2 pulses, and according to the pre-set parameters, conducts real-time monitoring of user power, electric quantity and other data. It also achieves orderly power management, accurate judgment of abnormalities, such as out-of -power limit and insufficient balance, and implement of power cuts and other measures.
2. Hardware
The terminal hardware adopts 32-bit ARM9 Kernel MCU, 64M bytes of memory and 128M bytes of flash, which can store six months’ curve data about electrical energy, voltage and current.
The uplink communication units use modular design and support GPRS/CDMA/3G/Ethernet with impact protection, suitable for hot-swapping. Wireless network adopts the modules from international mainstream manufacturers, including Cinterion(SIEMENS), Telit (Italy) and etc. 3G network supports WOW of China Unicom(WCDMA / HSPA), E-surfing of China Telecom(CDMA2000/EVDO), G3 of China Mobile(TD-SCDMA) and TD-SCDMA-based McWill.
It uses LED Panel Display of 160x160 lattice, showing 10x10 Chinese characters with GB2312 standard font, configurating six buttons, which can check local setting & data, parameter, status and other information.
The terminal internally installs a set of AC analog sampling apparatus, capable of accurately measurement of voltage, current, power, energy and other data, as well as judgement and recording the abnormal state in grid, such as decompression, phase loss, flow loss and anti-phase.
3. Structure
The structure fully meets specification requirements of SGCC, PC resin for shell material, PPS resin for terminal blocks, lead brass HPb59-1for terminals.
