Aerocompact CompactFLAT - Model S -Bracket-Based Flat Roof System
The CompactFLAT S system by AEROCOMPACT is an innovative bracket-based photovoltaic (PV) mounting solution designed for flat roofs. It features aluminum brackets that offer lightweight and aerodynamic properties, significantly reducing the need for ballast compared to traditional systems. The system includes universal click clamps with integrated grounding pins and is adjustable, facilitating versatile installation. Ballast trays accommodate areas with high wind loads, ensuring even load distribution. Protection pads and specially designed alpine brackets provide additional support for varying environmental conditions, including snow and seismic activities. A proprietary tool, AEROTOOL, enables precise calculation of necessary ballast weights. The system integrates UL certified cable management and MLPE brackets compatible with common microinverter brands, optimizing overall system performance.

With the COMPACTFLAT S system, we revolutionized the world of PV substructures. We challenged the standard rail substructures on the market and designed substructures based on aluminum brackets, making a name for ourselves worldwide.
The low weight and compactness of the brackets make them easy to store and transport. The aerodynamic design has excellent structural properties and requires significantly less ballasts than other systems on the market. Due to the small contact surface of the brackets an ideal water drainage is achieved.
