The COMPACTFLAT SN 2 system is a versatile PV mounting solution designed for flat roof installations, offering flexibility and reliability in various environmental conditions. Developed by AEROCOMPACT, this rail-based modular system supports long-side clamping and allows for PV modules up to 98.4 inches by 51.60 inches. Its design emphasizes high load-bearing capacity, capable of withstanding heavy snow and wind loads through optimized components like statically enhanced feet and pre-assembled rail pads. The system’s innovatively reduced component requirement ensures ease of installation, reducing both time and construction costs. It features components such as universal click clamps that are height adjustable and integrate grounding pins. With options for two clamping setups and three rail configurations, the system is adaptable to diverse project needs while utilizing minimal components. Additionally, protection pads safeguard roof cladding, and ballast solutions aid installation in soft insulation environments, making the COMPACTFLAT SN 2 a comprehensive option for efficient photovoltaic installations.RELIABLE. With the COMPACTFLAT SN 2 we have developed a reliable as well as flexible PV mounting system, which not only defies heavy snowfall and wind, but also offers a quick and simple construction method, saving costs during installation.
The reduced product design of the COMPACTFLAT SN 2 convinces with its high load-bearing capacity and resistance to extreme weather conditions. The cost-optimized mounting system can be quickly and easily installed on flat roofs in just a few steps and now allows PV module sizes of up to 2,500 x 1,310 mm. Thanks to individual, pre-assembled components of the enhanced mounting system, only one installer is required for mounting. This effectively saves time and costs during installation.
