IMECO offers apart from regenerative Air Preheater Baskets various related spares and accessories. AIR PREHEATER SEALS: IMECO offer complete range of Air Preheater Seals including the following: Radial Seals, Axial Seals, Rotor Post Seals, By pass Seals etc.
The seals are normally manufactured from Corten Steel. However, as per customer specific requirements Seals are also manufactured from special raw materials including Stainless Steel, High Carbon Steel, High nickel alloys etc.
Imeco is also offering special soft touch flexible seals manufactured from special alloy steels to reduce air leakage in Air Preheaters.SECTOR PLATES
IMECO offers complete range of Sector Plates for Air Preheaters, which get corroded during operation. These are customized as per customers` specific requirement.
IMECO offers complete Gear Box (Speed reducer) as well as its various internals including following items: -
