The Airoflex Low Profile Portable Trailer Tipper Is Designed For Easy Over-The-Road Transportation. Airoflex Equipment designs and engineers a 45-ton low profile portable tipper. Engineered with a rugged design, this portable tipper can tackle the most challenging applications with a 10’ x 45’ platform, 45 ton lifting capacity, 63-degree tilt and a 3 minute up-cycle time. Designed for simple off-highway movement, it can readily be prepped for over-the-road transport. An electric hydraulic power unit comes with the standard system or a diesel power unit is also available. Other options include heated/cooled operator booth, hydraulic leveling capabilities, and 3-axle transports.

The tippers are fully portable with no foundation required, meaning they are easy to relocate. They feature walkways and handrails on both sides, 2 Hyco, 4-stage cylinders, 3/8″ 4-way safety plate steel decks, a ramp with walkways and handrails, a fixed backstop, surface preparation to SSPC – SP6, and are finished with rust inhibitive primer and industrial enamel.

Portable tippers have a capacity of 45 tons and a deck size of 10’ wide x 45′ long. Each model includes 9’2″ inside rails for safety and stability. The typical raise time is 3 minutes, the lower time is 1 minute, and the tilt angle is 63 degrees. They have an electric power unit, a 300-gallon tank, and a NEMA 4x push button control panel.

Options for the portable trailer tipper include a hydraulically adjustable backstop, HPU heaters and coolers, customer specified coatings, 100 HP diesel tier 4 HPU, hydraulic leveling, heated and cooled operator booth, and 3 axle transport.
