AngXinModel YPD-20/3 -Flare Ignition Device for Mud Gas Burnoff

SHARE
The Flare Ignition Device is an integral component of solid control systems, designed to burn off gas discharged from a mud gas separator. This system includes a check valve to prevent reverse flow back into the separator, ensuring operational safety. The device features a burner at its top, housing an ignition core which initiates combustion. Initial ignition requires liquefied gas to facilitate the burning of hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S). Designed for flexibility, this device can be controlled both remotely and manually. The inclusion of solar energy panels for charging the control box enhances its sustainability. Technical specifications include a model type of YPD-20/3, a torch diameter of DN200mm, and an igniter height of either 3m or 4m. The GDH-2 igniter operates at a voltage of 16KV and frequencies ranging from 100 to 1000 ignitions per minute.

Flare Ignition Device is connected after mud gas separator gas line. The gas which is discharged from mud gas separtor will be burnned by flare ignition device. There is a check valve to avoid the gas turn back to mud gas separator. On top the body is a burnner, inner the burnner is a ignition core. When burnning, there need the liquefied gas first burnning, then the H2S can be burnned.

The control way has remote control and manual two ways together.

Now we have solar energy plate charge for the control box.
