
GTJTest - Asphalt Petroleum Dynamic Viscosity Test
The Asphalt Viscosity Tester is engineered to align with the People's Republic of China industry standards JTG E20-2011 and SH/0557 for determining the dynamic viscosity of viscous petroleum asphalt using the vacuum decompression capillary method. This instrument is specifically designed for use with a vacuum decompression capillary viscometer, ensuring accurate measurement in accordance with the specified 300mmHg vacuum conditions. It operates within an operating temperature range of 60°C and is capable of measuring viscous substances between 0.0036-20.000Pa.s. The system is equipped with advanced calibration features to maintain measurement precision, critical for testing petroleum asphalts and similar viscous materials. Its robust design ensures reliability and compliance for use in highway engineering and asphalt mixture evaluations.
This instrument is in accordance with the People’s Republic of China industry standard JTG E20-2011 “Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations” T0620 “Asphalt Dynamic Viscosity Test (Vacuum Decompression Capillary Method)”, and the People’s Republic of China Petrochemical Industry Standard SH/ 0557 “Petroleum Asphalt Viscosity Determination Method (Vacuum Capillary Method)” designed and manufactured according to the requirements.
This instrument is suitable for measuring the dynamic viscosity of viscous petroleum asphalt with a vacuum decompression capillary viscometer. Unless otherwise specified, the vacuum degree is 300mmHg.
