The operating principle is based on the back pressure created by the return flame inside the combustion chamber and the transfer of heat by radiation. The exhaust gases reverse their course at the bottom of the combustion chamber and surround the flame along its entire length. In this way the flame does not come into contact with the walls of the boiler.
