Automated Insertion System for Cremators

Push Capacity = ca. 300 kg. E-motor = 0,9 kW. Perfectly designed for. Cremators with a flat hearth. Possible to insert coffins with `feet”. Clad with stainless steel panels equipped with isolation materials. The insertion cycle can be interrupted manually at any time. Positioning switches permanently control the movement of the insertion pusher head. Insertion process is synchronised with the opening of the insertion door. Complete insertion cycle takes about 15 seconds.
