AvK -Â Model A7 -Alternators
The AvK A7 is part of the new AvK A-Range, a 6-pole machine designed to operate with medium-speed engines (1000-1200 RPM). The A7 has a voltage output ranging from 380 to 690V and covers a power range up to 1625 kVA (1,300 kW) with a Class F marine rating.
The A7 range features enhanced thermal management thanks to patented CoreCooling™ technology. This results in a high-efficiency airflow system that allows AvK to deliver high-power density designs, minimising the machine's footprint while maximising its efficiency.
This low-voltage 6-pole alternator comes standard with a digital Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) and offers additional performance enhancements through optional features such as a water cooler and sleeve bearings.
