Fluid Bed Dryers / Cooler are widely used in the Industry for gentle drying/cooling of free flowing solids. Perforated plate is used to fluidize the material with the help of air stream. The fluid material is imparted mechanical energy by vibration. Plenum is used below the perforated plate to make the cooling media. Higher rates of heat transfer is achieved by the intensive interaction and of the material drying/cooling media (air/gas). Adjustable discharge wire is used to adjust the product residence time.
