The BEG1K075G is a versatile bidirectional AC/DC conversion module designed to optimize energy applications in Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) systems, energy storage solutions, and the reutilization of retired batteries in complex microgrids. Its design incorporates advanced Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology to achieve up to 96% efficiency, ensuring energy savings with high power density of 36W/in3 to 49W/in3. The module operates within a wide constant-power voltage range of 300Vdc to 1000Vdc, accommodating a broad spectrum of operational demands. The unit supports three-phase AC input without a neutral line, minimizing the risks of excessive current and reducing overall system costs.
