The BEC75025 is a sophisticated bidirectional DC conversion module engineered for high-efficiency applications in energy storage systems, DC microgrids, and reusing retired batteries. This module facilitates the connection between batteries and DC buses, utilizing a high-frequency isolation transformer and third-generation SiC semiconductor devices. With leading international standards, it ensures high efficiency, peaking at 98.5%, while maintaining high power density and reliability. Its robust design includes features like intelligent discharge circuits for self-discharge management, dual DSP-controlled fully digital operation, and the ability to integrate up to 32 modules for expanded capacity. This product operates within a broad input and output voltage range (300Vdc to 750Vdc and 50Vdc to 750Vdc, respectively) and performs well in temperatures from -40℃ to +75℃. It provides robust protection against environmental challenges such as salt spray, moisture, and mildew.
