Our P2000 pyrolyzer is designed with the latest technology to provide efficient and eco-friendly biomass pyrolysis. The system consists of two 16-meter-long coaxial cylinders, with the inner cylinder made of heat-resistant stainless steel and the outer cylinder made of double-walled carbon steel with heat insulation material in-between, lined with refractory bricks inside.

The inner cylinder is equipped with a rotating auger made of heat-corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which pushes the biomass through the cylinder while it's heated by hot flue contained in the outer cylinder. This inner cylinder acts as the pyrolyzing chamber, which is airtight and prevents air from getting in, resulting in a higher yield of biochar and lower content of ash.
 
The syngas generated during the pyrolysis process is collected and purified from the biochar discharging bin, and then burned with air in the burner to produce the heat needed to maintain the pyrolysis process. The remaining syngas can be piped away for other applications such as driving boilers and furnaces.
 
Our P2000 pyrolyzer is equipped with a centralized PLC system, allowing full control and adjustability of the speed of the auger and the temperature of the pyrolysis process. This feature optimizes biochar quality and ensures the best results for our customers.

P2000 works under ambient pressure, eliminating the risk of explosion or intoxication.
 
The exhaust gas is first used to preheat the air flow entering the burner, then discharged to the stack.
 
The pyrolysis temperature of the system is around 650°C, and the retention time of the biomass in the pyrolysis chamber is about 1.5 hours, varying with the types of feedstock.

Our P2000 pyrolyzer is the perfect solution for biomass pyrolysis, with no accumulation of tar or wood vinegar inside the pyrolysis cylinder due to the high temperature maintained.
