Correct management of the resources and prevention in the production of waste constitute the main objectives in policies for sustainable development. A renewable energy plant is an important regional economic factor. Organic waste and landscaping material, agri-food by-products, animal by-products, wasted in composting facilities or unsorted in landfills, mean wasted energy and heat.

Feasibility study is the primary and most important thing in the development of a project.

IGW provides valuable information for “go/no go” decision for the construction of a Biogas plant, through:

• Identifying a suitable site and defining a feeding plan;
• Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Threats (SWOT analysis);
• Financial/Economic Feasibility Study.

IGW, through the feasibility study, helps costumer to decide whether to “go/not go” a Biogas Plant, and eventually, its right size, and which technology is the most responsive to meet customer needs.

IGW’s experience acquired in the field of civil construction, allow to support the customer during works supervision.

In particular, IGW deals with:

• Works supervision of staff present in site with the goal of keeping within budget;
• Write reports of work progress;
• Checking of GANTT diagram and of any problems arisen, resolution, re-scheduling of further work in accordance with the Customer;
• Proposal of any technical modification for improving the project;
• Check of the correct execution of works;
• Charing the meeting with companies involved in the project;
• Issuance of certificates, like: proper operation, correct installation of set-up materials, and any other request by local law.

The Biogas Plant is a dynamic biological system; to maintain and optimize energy efficiency, IGW assists you in managing biological through analytical investigation aimed to identify and solve problems.

In addition to biological problems a biogas plant can run into administrative problems related to binding legislation and/or permit requirements; IGW helps the Biogas Plant to manage and solve this problems.
