Autarkize - Model L -Biomass Pyrolysis System
The Autarkize biomass pyrolysis system offers an innovative approach to converting organic residues into energy-rich pyrolysis gas and biochar. Utilizing a pyrolysis process, the system carbonizes and gasifies various carbonaceous materials, such as residual and waste wood, pomace, sewage sludge, green waste, and fermentation residues. The resultant pyrolysis gas is composed of approximately 25% hydrogen, 30% carbon monoxide, 15% methane, and 25% carbon dioxide, with specific ratios dependent on process control and water content. This gas can be used to generate electricity and heat on-site with standard technologies, producing significant revenue and reducing CO2 emissions by up to 6,000 tons annually. The biochar generated serves a multitude of purposes, including soil enhancement and permanent CO2 sequestration, contributing to the global effort to combat climate change. The system is designed for high economic efficiency and flexibility, permitting the use of diverse biomass inputs and ensuring rapid amortization within 2-5 years. Its compact and maintenance-friendly construction further reduces operational costs and downtime. Available in three sizes, the Autarkize system can cater to various needs, offering multiple revenue streams including renewable energy production, biochar trade, CO2 removal certificates, and avoided disposal costs.
