ETWModel BMA -Biomethane Plant

SHARE

Since 2011 we are  constantly improving the efficiency of our PSA biogas upgrading system. As a result our technology sets the benchmark for energy consumption, gas purity and operating costs. The ETW SmartCycle process automatically adjusts itself to varying gas volume flows and qualities, granting a constant product gas purity, with constant heating value for grid injection or other applications.

  • Machine technology featuring a redundant design
  • Shortest response times in automatic process steering
  • Automatic turn-down regulation
  • Plant operational readiness within seconds without complex pre-parameterisation
  • Plant start at the touch of a button
  • Fast and uncompromising troubleshooting by competent service technicians

What we don’t offer:

  • Stripping columns
  • Demand for heat
  • Fresh water requirements
  • Process waste water
  • Channelling in turn-down modes
  • Harmful process waste gases
  • Contamination of the environment with toxic chemical substances
  • Chemical solvents and foams
  • Chemical side reactions
  • Pressure and volume fluctuations by product and crude gas
  • CO2 peaks in the CH4 product
  • Winter efficiency (protection from freezing is not required)
  • Corrosion and deposits
