Our technology achieves the FIFO (first in first out) principle, ensuring that the stay time of the feedstock in the bio-fermenter is equal for all particles. It also shortens the stay time by 65 %. The optimization of the stay time maximizes the amount of produced biogas.
FKBP allows different kind of biowaste to be fermented separately or in combination, thanks to its structure with separated fermentation tanks and the horizontal design.
The flexible use of feedstock allows to optimize the biogas energy potential and to change the composition and quality of the final product or fertilizer. More modules can be added to the initial system to scale-up the biogas production.
FimusKraft Biogas Plant (FKBP) gives you a possibility to turn the biowaste cost effectively into bio-energy, electricity and heat.
As side products you will get ecological high-quality organic fertilizer.
All in all with some dedicated bio-waste you will be able to receive valuable raw materials for food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
