Aerocompact CompactFLAT - Model GS - Bracket System for Green Roofs and Bifacial PV Modules
The CompactFLAT GS is a specialized elevated mounting system designed for flat roof applications, specifically tailored for integration with bifacial photovoltaic (PV) modules and green roofs. This system enables enhanced energy yields by allowing optimal positioning of modules to utilize the reflective advantage of light surfaces, obtaining up to a 20% increase in energy production. The design addresses the challenges of traditional flat roof systems on vegetated roofs, providing necessary clearance for plant growth and maintenance access. The CompactFLAT GS includes versatile components such as south and east/west brackets, ballast trays for high wind conditions, and roof anchors to minimize structural load. Additionally, systems can incorporate protection pads to safeguard roof membranes and utilize CLP-U universal cable clips for cable management. Aerocompact's integrated engineering software, AEROTOOL, enables precise ballast calculations tailored to site-specific conditions, enhancing both structural integrity and performance.
RELIABLE. SIMPLE. UNIQUE.
With the COMPACTFLAT S system, we revolutionized the world of PV substructures. We challenged the standard rail substructures on the market and designed substructures based on aluminum brackets, making a name for ourselves worldwide.
The low weight and compactness of the brackets make them easy to store and transport. The aerodynamic design has excellent structural properties and requires significantly less ballasts than other systems on the market. Due to the small contact surface of the brackets an ideal water drainage is achieved.
