HPS Universal - Buck-Boost Transformer for Voltage Regulation
The HPS Universal™ line of buck-boost transformers provides a cost-effective solution for adjusting supply voltage, either by raising voltage due to line drop or equipment demand, or by lowering voltage caused by supply line adjustments. These transformers are particularly useful for applications that require stable voltage levels such as lighting and resistive loads. Improper supply line voltage can lead to equipment failure. HPS offers a Buck-Boost Selector to help users identify the most suitable transformer for their specific needs. The product comes with a 10-year warranty and is supported by comprehensive technical resources such as catalogs, manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
The HPS Universal™ line of buck-boost transformers represent an economical way to both raise supply voltage caused by line drop or equipment demand on the distribution system; or lower voltage caused by increased system voltages due to supply line adjustments.
Some loads including lighting and resistive loads, require a stable supply to maintain performance. The detrimental effects of incorrect supply line voltage can cause equipment failure.
