Clark - Model G-Tank -Bunded Diesel Tank
The innovative new G-TANK incorporates a unique design and advanced construction methods. The inner tank is produced from high impact plastic, offering a superior solution for cleanliness and weight. Unlike steel inner tanks, high impact plastic tanks do not sweat with condensation or rust causing contamination. Incorporating the G-TANK grab bar system, G-TANK can be lifted and handled by forest machine cranes on harvesters and forwarders, lifted by forklift or by standard lifting chains.
G-TANK is fully tested and certificated for fuel transport on the public highway. With a capacity of 950 litres, G-TANK can be transported on public roads without an ADR operators licence thereby, offering a unique solution to forest machine refuelling.
G-TANK is supplied with all required identification labelling and signage.
The G-TANK bunded tank system offers 110% tank bund capacity which, combined with a special manifold system incorporating the required valves, fill points and fittings, ensures G-TANK meets environmental laws for in-forest refuelling.
A four metre refuelling hose is stored within the main tank bund.
A optional 12V or 24V refuelling pump is also available.
The G-TANK incorporates advanced design and construction methods, combining a high strength outer steel tank shell with a robust high impact plastic inner tank. The plastic inner tank offers a low weight advantage over steel tanks whilst ensuring greater cleanliness and no corrosion.
Plastic inner tanks remain permanently clean, essential for today`s high performance diesel engines. The outer bund is manufactured from heavy gauge steel constructed for robustness, strength and security.
G-TANK is of modular construction allowing removal of the inner tank for inspection.
An optional bolt on tool cupboard is also available.
