CASE - Pyrolysis Cold Clean Coal Gasifiers

In CASE Cold Gas Gasification process, the gas generated from the GASIFIER is made to pass through a series of Gas Purifying and Gas Cooling Sections. The Final Gas is devoid of impurities and Gas temperatures of about 45°C are maintained. Under such conditions, the final gas is capable to be pressurised through specifically designed compressors. Depending on the distance between the compressor outlet and the utility, the pressure requirements of the burner combustion system and the line losses, the capacity of the compressors can be designed accordingly. With a perfect compressor design a single Coal Gas line can run through the entire plant catering coal gas to various plant utilities.
