CFRP Gripping Systems
The composite fibre material CFRP (carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic), manufactured from carbon fibres and epoxy resin, has become indispensable in the aerospace, wind energy and racing industries. This is thanks to its numerous positive characteristics, which are unique in this combination. For example, CFRP has a comparatively low density with a very high stability and rigidity. In at least the same function, CFRP is a good third lighter than aluminium and at most half as heavy as steel. All this makes CFRP the ideal material for use in modern lightweight construction with the aim of increasing energy efficiency in order to conserve resources and thus protect the environment long term.
Due to its extensive experience, IBG provides its partners with support and cooperation at an early stage of the project. From development through design and prototype construction to batch production of the complex CFRP gripping systems, IBG customers receive all engineering services from a single source in order to promote the expansion of these groundbreaking future technologies.
Automotive solutions, robotics-based solutions and other technology systems from the IBG / Goeke Technology Group are best-in-the-class industry technologies. We achieve this top level in industrial technology through close interlinking of decades of experience as engineers with science and research.
