The layout of grate and arch is more reasonable, ensuring the heating area of grate, improving the reliability of grate operation, making coal burn more fully, fully reducing the heat loss and fly ash loss of incomplete combustion, and effectively improving the furnace temperature.

The convection tube bundles of the boiler body are staggered, and the heating area is larger. It can effectively improve the heat transfer coefficient, so that the boiler can absorb heat more quickly and transfer it to the medium, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Boiler adopts light aluminium silicate fiber insulation layer, which effectively insulates the outward transfer of heat energy, reduces heat loss of boiler, keeps more heat energy in the boiler system and transfers it to the medium to make the medium temperature rise faster.

The boiler is equipped with double drums, and large diameter boiler drum, water tube structure and water-cooled combustion chamber design, so that the radiation heating surface can be increased by more than 50%, and the output of the boiler is more sufficient.
