ALS - Checkouts

The `One Checkout` is a hybrid of the traditional checkout and the self-serve checkout, allowing there to be one host operator between two checkouts allowing a better customer experience. There are many benefits to the One Checkout, including a decrease in wages and a better customer experience to name a few.
