Our Mini BMS solutions are designed and delivered in-house and provide a mix of hardware and cloud-based software to deliver an interactive window into the operation of your business. Our Mini BMS solution allows you to control your energy consumption so you can implement, amend and manage control strategies from the touch of a button.
Our hardware connects to key energy intensive equipment and can control lighting, heating and air-conditioning systems as well as compressors and other machinery. It’s ideal for machine condition monitoring or energy metering applications. Control with t-mac can range from simple on/off functionality to more complex controls such as set point limitation, managing fan speed and direction, and control strategies such as interlocking windows with air conditioning, air conditioning with heating or door curtain heaters for example.
Ideal for small – medium scale monitoring and control applications. Mini t-mac boasts GPRS and ethernet connections as well as an RS-485 port for connection to I/O expansion modules and other Modbus devices. The device can support 4x inputs and outputs locally and/or up to 30x MODBUS devices (machinery or metering equipment).
Mini BMS t-mac devices provide remote, real-time BeMS controls. Facilitating small-scale to medium-sized building energy management systems, the Mini BMS t-mac system can be wired or wirelessly attached to monitor and manage equipment performance, functionality and limit human interaction.
For half-hourly billed sites, strategies can be configured to provide extra cost savings at DUoS times and against Triad warning times when reducing your consumption can have a significant impact on your energy bill.
