Kelefu - Coal Slime Dryer
The coal slime itself has high humidity and high adhesion. The special dryer for coal slime uses a special dispersing device, which can disperse the bonded coal slime and dry it, increasing the contact area between the coal slime and the hot air, and greatly improving the heat utilization rate.

It is suitable for drying slime, sludge, magnetic, heavy and floating concentrates of metal and non-metallic minerals in coal mine industry and clay in cement industry and other industries

Process flow
The wet coal slime is poured into the special pulverizing feeder by the forklift, and then the coal slime is broken into small pieces entering the feeding end by the belt feeder. The slime flows into the rotary drum along the guide pipe. Under the action of the plate turning and breaking device in the drying drum, evenly disperse and fully contact with hot air to speed up the drying heat and mass transfer.
