Cold Store Manager
The Cold Store Manager by SERCOM is a state-of-the-art package of software which can help you, using the existing central operating system, to control the cooling, freezing and storing of frozen food properly and efficiently. The modern process software of SERCOM can be easily adapted to new technologies, strategies and insights. The operator can build and customise the PC operating dashboard easily in the way it is preferred. With the graphics it is possible to take a look at the measurements made in the past and help you to analyse how to do it better. The software is divided into three independent operation levels; General Energy Management, Overall Strategy and Controlling of Individual Departments. There are several possibilities to give an alarm to the operator if processes are not going the way the operator wants them to go.
Power management is fully integrated into the software. Engines are continuously going to the ideal position for maximum energy efficiency in combination with self declared priorities. This increases the service life of compressors considerably. Several peak shave options to reduce the maximum electricity consumption/hour are available in the program.
With the software it is possible to use existing installations with PLC controls. You can use the Sercom software for the general control strategy, and the overall energy management. Hardware and software from SERCOM are modular and compatible, so future expansions are always possible.
