
Hyperthermics - Model MPP - Containerized Mobile Biogas Plant
The containerized mobile biogas plant by Hyperthermics is a compact and fully equipped system designed for efficient biogas production. With a processing capability of 25 liters of biomass per hour, this plant integrates essential components such as inlet and outlet buffer tanks, hyperthermophilic pretreatment units, hygienization units, a biogas reactor, and a gas tank. It is housed in a 42-foot high cube container with overall dimensions of 13,000 mm in width, 16,000 mm in length, and approximately 6,000 mm in height. Annually, the plant can process up to 219 tons of biomass. This modular system is outfitted with all the necessary pumps, valves, sensors, and instrumentation, making it a comprehensive solution for small-scale biogas applications. The plant is engineered for technical versatility and operational reliability in various environmental conditions.
