Mokesys - Model Radius - Curved Special Tiles
Most boilers have areas which demand the use of radii, bends and other specially curved tiles. Mokesys® can be adapted effortlessly to suit such tube wall configurations. Our curved tiles make it possible for us to offer customised and even hand-crafted solutions. These radius tiles are used specifically for the most challenging of boiler zones, in refractory terms, because the design of the Mokesys® system permits simple and quick installation even in such areas. Typical areas of application of the Mokesys® Radius tiles are, accordingly, the headers, prisms, front and rear tube wall bends or the junctions between one boiler pass and another.
In all of these applications, they guarantee optimal heat transfer and thus efficient heat recovery. This way of thinking and working is typical of our company because, wherever possible, we reduce concrete surfaces in order to prevent stresses (caused by the different expansion rates of steel, concrete and SiC) and the damage which can result from this. The results speak for themselves: the availability of plant equipped with Mokesys® Radius tiles increases markedly
