EK - Customizable Heavy-Gauge Steel Fuel Tanks for Rigorous Applications
EK Machine Co., Inc. offers a broad range of customizable fuel tank models engineered to meet stringent application and environmental requirements. These fuel tanks, which are constructed from heavy-gauge steel, cater to various needs including single-wall and secondary containment solutions. Designed to adhere to UL142, UL2085, and ULC standards, they provide robustness, safety, and reliability. The tanks are especially suitable for challenging environments, capable of withstanding extreme conditions such as heavy winds and seismic activity. Their durability ensures that they can support large-scale power generators without the risk of internal or external damage. EK's capabilities in machining, fabrication, welding, powder coating, testing, and inspection are all performed on-site, allowing for rigorous quality control throughout the production process. This end-to-end in-house manufacturing approach ensures the delivery of a leak-free, reliable, and durable final product. EK also offers both standard and fire-rated fuel tank options, each incorporating essential features like mechanical fuel level gauges, emergency vents, and basin alarm float switches.FUEL TANKS DESIGNED TO MEET RIGOROUS APPLICATIONS
At EK, we offer a full list of fuel tank models that can be further customized to meet the application and environmental needs of our clients. Each model offers a standard set of features that can be further customized to meet detailed and complex specifications. From single-wall to secondary containment construction, all our fuel tanks are designed, manufactured, and finished to meet UL142, UL2085, and ULC standards.
WHEN QUALITY, SAFETY, AND RELIABILITY MATTER MOST
Our tanks are designed tough to handle threatening environmental conditions like heavy winds and seismic activity. Made of heavy-gauge steel, our fuel tanks are protected from external and internal damage and are more than capable of carrying the weight of large-scale power generators. Our expert engineers and talented manufactures take a total team approach to quality throughout the production of each component and the final assembly of our fuel tanks, ensuring leak-free construction built to withstand the elements.
END-TO-END IN-HOUSE CAPABILITIES
Our Complete Manufacturing and Power Products facilities work in conjunction with one another to design, develop, manufacture, finish, test, and assemble all the components of our fuel tanks. Because we offer machining, fabrication, welding, powder coating, testing, and inspection all on-site, we can verify every component meets or exceeds expectations to deliver a reliable and durable final product. Our state-of-the-art facilities and specifically designed to effectively manage large-scale power equipment to ensure successful implementation and completion of each of our products.
Take advantage of EK’s extensive experience in engineering, designing, and developing custom UL 142 and ULC fuel tanks. We manufacture our fuel tanks with heavy-gauge steel to ensure durability and to meet important safety requirements.
